ZARIN GUL versus MALIK SAN
In the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, Article 175 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was barred by the plaintiff to remove such blockade, the trial court appealed to the trial court. The decision was put aside and dismissed. And under the decree, the trial court of the plaintiff who had affirmed the appellate court's decision in the court, accepted the High Court in Shamila Diyas and the plaintiff was entitled to use that route as co-owner. The plaintiff had no right or justification to block this route. Appeal Court and High Court refused to appeal the appeal because of any weakness on record
