A. XXXIX, RR 1 and 2 of the Rules of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Rules, 1984, R 34 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Authorization Act (VIII of 1974), section 42 by issuing a classification by the High Court to the defendant. The validity of the application was not a good and healthy process of ordering the status quo without the High Court recognizing such a request for a regular hearing. The High Court was legally obliged to answer the respondents for 7 days. Issue notice or dispense with the RJ34 requirement. The Kashmir High Court Rules, 1984 High Court issued the status quo without considering the preliminary case, balance of facility and irreparable loss, without fulfilling the conditions of AX Xinemix, RR 1 and 2. The order was approved, the CPC was not bad in law nor the Supreme Court upheld the unrelated order of the situation.
