MUHAMMAD RIAZ versus THE STATE THROUGH ADVOCATE-GENERAL AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR
A. XLIII, RR 1, 3, 5, 6 and O XLVI Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court (Power of Review) Act, 1980, Section 2 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), Sections 42A and 42D Applicants were sentenced to death by a court of competent jurisdiction, reviewing the Supreme Court's decision to retrieve and remind them of the order passed in the review. And said that the order of the Supreme Court Review Petition was upheld by the applicants against the judgment of the Supreme Court; the mercy petition filed by the President before his rejection was rejected. The second petition was also rejected, the petitioners filed a third petition to reopen the revision request and to recall and dismiss the same scope of review before the Supreme Court was limited. , A re-hearing of a case may not be allowed for a favorable conclusion. However, the third application was filed going beyond the scope provided in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Authorization Act 1974 and the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court Rules, 1978 in which the inherent powers of the Supreme Court will be requested. It is believed that the Supreme Court has adopted the original jurisdiction, which was an additional constitution and was banned by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court Rules 1978, following the decision of the Supreme Court to review the petition. There was no other reason or plea etc that was fun.
