Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 Appeal for the maintenance of appeal against the decision of the service tribunal objecting to the maintenance of the respondent (public servant), whose service was terminated by the service tribunal appellant at the time of the respondent. Neither the service / cadre of the respondent was concerned in the date of the appointment nor the termination of his services, but he was serving the appellant in another department, therefore, the service tribunal had the observer in the service. Cannot challenge order in response to directing respondent's rehabilitation. The Tribunal that if the Appellant is irritated by the appellant's contentious appointment (as alleged by the Appellant) he can treat it before the appropriate forum, the service / Tribunal will appeal against the order of the Appellant's request. Can't justify filing an appeal before the Supreme Court. The directive was not authorized by the service tribunal under the circumstances
