The West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 Section 13 Criminal Code (v. 1898), the failure to attend any public witness's investigation by the prosecution of the testimony of section 103 evidence, to witness the recovery despite its availability. The entire prosecution was skeptical. The prosecutor's explanation that no one was prepared to appear appears to be flawed and he did not believe in the strange circumstances of the prosecution, therefore, without reasonable doubt, the accused's guilt was not proved. Accordingly, the accused was acquitted.
