Eviction of Evacuated Property and Homelessness Act (1975) Section 3 Allotment of Additional Land Two persons of the same name and parents have given up their own property in India, but one (defendant) claims the other (Applicant) 's claim was wrongly verified. Names and matching parent respondents whose claim was incorrectly verified in the applicant's name, filed a petition against their claim to resume maximum allotted land to the applicant. And after the authority was allotted in his name, the additional land was resumed, but instead of allotting it, the respondent who was entitled to its allotment was thus seized in favor of the state, not only the applicant acknowledging it. It was reported that more of the area was belonging to the respondents, but in this regard it was reported by the Tehsildar, Central Record Office. Also given, which was not available to the authority in the case of wanting to seize additional territory in favor of the State Order of Authority. The area for the respondent should be allotted against his claim
