Sections 10 and 11 challenge the cancellation of the allotment after the sale of such land to Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 allotment of allotted land to the specified buyers on the allotment of such land. The order was not challenged by the applicants. Earlier, allowing applicants to retain their land had lost its usefulness and the High Court order under which the applicants were together to get land on payment of fair and fair value.
