The applicant refused to expand. Bail, due to absence of a criminal appeal lawyer, should not be excluded for illegal proceedings on the due date for appeal. Supporting the decision and stating that there was no scope for interference in the appellant's conviction and conviction, the Supreme Court allowed the review petition and ordered the re-entry of the appeal to its original number for hearing. ?
