MUHAMMAD BAKHSH versus MUHAMMAD JAN
R4 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Mineral Book Transfer Applicant's Transfer and Respondent were both nephews of the deceased miner in the same degree that the trial court found that the applicant mined the petitioner. The book was entitled to be kept, it was overturned on appeal. The High Court upheld the appellate court and the appellate court's review of the appellate court's decision that the cause of action on Minor's death was triggered when the applicant was admitted to government employment, therefore, bypassing them. There was no proper jurisdiction to transfer the transfer book. The respondent was not able to identify any weakness or legal error in the unknown decisions while justifying the intervention of the petitioner.
