The High Court did not reject the evidence to admit the false allegations of some of the accused in the Penal Code sections 323, 324, 325 and 149 of the Criminal Code (v. 1898), Section 423, or other witnesses, regarding the other accused. The High Court took vigorous reasons for the definition of evidence, which was alleged to attack the victims and not kill them. The High Court's view on sentencing aside, under section 4304, Part I or Part II, the Code of Conduct, is read with the Code of Conduct. The convictions, executions being justified under Sections 323, 324, 325 and 149, the Supreme Court refused to intervene in the Indian Criminal Procedure Code (II of 1974), Section 386.
