The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 Service Tribunal dismissed the appeal against dismissal of employees with dismissal from employment with mandatory retirement by mandatory retirement which temporarily banned the appeal. There is no reason to delay the import. The service tribunal should have reversed in response to the limited question by which Pulia had obtained considerable power, therefore, the decision was set aside and the matter was referred to the service tribunal in which the question related to the limitation. With the commitment of the government, there was a demand for settlement of the appeal on the merits.
