Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 Section 14 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), S 561 Stopping an Action Out of the three cases presented in the police report, the accused was acquitted in two cases and the third case was prosecuted. Continuing the proceedings against the accused on the basis of the above mentioned police report, thus, was considered to be an abuse of the court process and accordingly it was terminated.
