Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 Section 14 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), a police report of section 561 action initiated against the accused in 1992, mentioned the years 1980 and 1982 in which the accused. Did not file a lawsuit Even the police report does not mention the relevant section 14 of the Act which covers the case of the accused. Apart from non-compliance with the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 of the Act, no private person was produced as a witness in the police. According to the report, no legal action was taken against the accused and in the same way the court proceedings were declared illegal and accordingly it was terminated.
