The decree was not prepared. The appeal was filed in connection with the decision and the appellate court was told that the application for obtaining a certified copy of the order had been filed, the proper course of action was to be taken by the appellate court in which such appeal was pending. Was placed and the appellants were allowed time to obtain the certificate. Keeping the copy of the decree and the same on the record should not hurt any court due to the error of the court or the officer in charge.
