Section 47 (2) of the Sindh Standard Visit and Measures Enforcement Act 1975, the order for the correctness of fees and charges for weight repairs can be enforced only if it is mentioned in the Official Gazette Impound Order and Have to be sealed. As far as the first part of the order, namely the governmental verification and stamping fees, is concerned about the repair and measurement of weights and the information already mentioned in the official Gazette, such as the repair of weights and measures. The rate of each item was not reported to the official Gazette, it was without any legal authority
