IFTIKHAR ALIAS GATTU versus THE STATE
Prohibition (Enforcement Head) Order 1979 Article Article 4 Instead of reviewing the evidence-investigating officer, a packet of marijuana and a packet of samples instead of sampling for each chemical packet allegedly recovered from the accused's home. Heroin was obtained, which packets were also not presented in evidence which could prove the recovery. According to the Investigation Officer, no opium was recovered and a chemical excavator could not report on a sample containing raw opium, so there are no reports related to this case. The heroin sample sent to the Chemical Examiner was available as the investigating officer said the suspect had been acquitted.
