Each Supreme Court upheld the High Court's petitioners' decision that the amount offered during the bargaining of the petition was not less than the amount sent by Chairman NAB in its reference. In such cases, rejecting the application for bargaining was against the integration of Islam. He said that there was no contradiction until the Supreme Court and a final decision could not be made but it could be reopened by the Islamic Shariah Court on the basis of Islamic association. One
