The twelfth, R2, and section 115 permits to present certified copies of public records documents as additional evidence. Such copies are considered necessary for a fair decision in this case. The application can be executed at any time / stage. The order passed by the trial court was not subject to any jurisdictional error or material misconduct to justify interfering with the exercise of jurisdiction over the review. The fact is that the appellate court had a different view on the need for additional evidence or that its decision was not correct. The court has rejected the judgment related to the trial and demanded from the interest of justice that in order to resolve the dispute, the parties should be allowed to present such documents which are in the form of unverifiable authenticity. Will also eliminate the possibility of remand of the case by the Court of Appeal / Review.
