Article 99 petitioner of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 challenged the action of the policemen, which is supposed to protect the citizens from all kinds of abuses from any corner, but to strictly fulfill their duties in all four corners of the law. Instead, the law enforcers supported themselves. Working with lawbreakers and utter ruthlessness, the city court had deprived it of its control over the petrol pump despite being overwhelmingly reluctant to complete the illegal mission issued by police court officials.
