After examining the Appellant Mill's records, sections 20, 22, 57 and 64 of the West Pakistan Employees Social Security Ordinance 1965 found that the appellant had made little contribution towards the Social Security Authority, in which the appellant mill issued notices. Was told that his contribution amount would be paid. The appellant mill was challenged by the mill issuing a notice in which it was alleged that work was done on the basis of the amount demanded by the authority and that the appellant had contracted the appellant mill's contract with the appellant mill. Had demanded their contribution in relation to the employees, not the mill itself. Authority was against the law The record clearly showed that not only the appellant, but also his contractors, were given many opportunities to present the record to the authority in support of their claim that the appellant was underage. Did not contribute, but failed miserably, so on the request of the investigators investigating the matter through three different officers who submitted their reporter ts saying the record was incomplete and in any case authentic. And the Trustee Authority, in the circumstances, asserts the responsibility of the Appellant to the amount claimed by the Authority. It was right to assert that, no exception can be taken on the authority's order.
