Rejected benefits. Dismissed from employment, the employee was unemployed, in view of such inquiry, the employer was liable to dismiss the charge, but the employer failed to deal with the appellate tribunal, under the circumstances, to the employee. The denial of the benefits obtained was not legally justified.
