Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 51 Beck Benefits The trial court restored the employee with full back benefits, but the tribunal did not sustain the employee's dismissal order, the trial court granted to the employees by the trial court. Rejected benefits. Dismissed from employment, the employee was unemployed, in view of such inquiry, the employer was liable to dismiss the charge, but the employer failed to deal with the appellate tribunal, under the circumstances, to the employee. The denial of the benefits obtained was not legally justified.
