The Sindh People's Local Government Ordinance 1972, section 42, authorized to grant the lease of a plot for illegally occupied property, before the claimant was the real property and subsequently leased in favor of the respondents by the respondent corporation. That was an extension option. Although the same Local Council was authorized to regulate the unauthorized occupation of the plot under Ordinance 11 of 1972, it did not grant or extend the lease of the plot to the unlawful occupation of the respondent corporation. The authority was not regulated, but the claimant could not claim. In his favor, he is entitled to the property that on his property only the respondent corporation has decided that it has decided that he has acted in this matter illegally. Was not entitled to lease. He was not even entitled to issue an order in respect of the question and its relation
