The Court of Petitioner filed a report with the police alleging rape against some persons. The petitioner alleges that local police were not properly investigating the matter through the involvement of the accused. In a writ petition pursuant to law by the High Court, but it had finally come to the conclusion that no such incident had occurred, the applicant had proved a clear allegation of rape of the Chemical Examiner. The officer had reluctantly filed a case under the Inquiry Order. Certainly serious Section P was directed to personally investigate the matter and take departmental action against the policemen who failed to properly deal with the matter. The contempt of court notice was withdrawn under the circumstances
