NAJMA OURESHI versus MUHAMMAD AGEEL OURESHI
CCC's Civil Procedure Code Order XL claimed the appointment of the recipient O XL, the R 1 recipient plaintiff, claiming that it was the legacy of the firm's deceased partner who was being run by the defendant's deceased partner. The death was disputed and the defendant pleaded that such partner had retired. The business and that he divorced his wife, one of the plaintiffs, was also in dispute; the other plaintiff, however, was admitted to be the daughter of his partner whose interest was to protect the defendant. One who was already running the firm's business was instructed to continue the business. But every three months the account statement has to be submitted to the court
