West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 Section 13 Suppression of Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Section 7 Definition of Evidence The police received secret information about providing shelter to aggravated criminals in the village and a raiding party. Arrangements were made for which the accused was found in his house. An unidentified raid with 190 bullets with a G III rifle with no license did not appear with any public witness, though it was stated that the party could join the village headman or the watchman. No satisfactory explanation was given for not being included in the village dignitaries: Prosecution section 103, criminal code of conduct, mandatory violations by the police of 1898, prosecution in prosecution of suspects beyond reasonable doubt. Failure, conviction and sentence were set aside.
