Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Criminal Code (v. 1898), Section 154 An attempt was made to instruct the respondents to file a case against the respondents who had allegedly committed a felony, State prosecutors, however, have said they have no objection. If the matter was sent to the Inspector General of Police (Respondent) to dispose of the matter, then accordingly the Inspector General of Police should be sent to Punjab so that proper action can be taken according to the law.
