R 4 (1) (a) (1) Civil Procedure Code (V 1908), O XXXX, RR 1 and 2 issued an order to the State to refuse to assume the charge of the unofficial defendant in charge of the public servant's office when Status was Issued When the Order was issued to the States, this meant that the facts obtained at the time of the civil court's ruling should be allowed to continue. Charge of the post which was terminated after the issuance of such an order had resulted in mismanagement of the public servant refusing to take charge of the office which had been allotted by the authority.
