R 4 (1) (a) (iv) Upon retirement from the employment of civil servants, the public servants were fined for the collection of money in the case of employment which was not in the confession of the public servant. The order was ordered at the time of the penalty and consequently the receipt of the money was approved, such order of the authority and consequently the recovery of the money from the pension of the employees of the government was illegal and the recovery of the invalid money was legally. But it could only be from salary. Since the employee and the public servant are no longer in receipt of such salary after their retirement, under the Rules, 1978, their pension cannot be legally recovered.
