In the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 section 25, a driver was allowed to move in a Pover Appellant, BPS 8, from May 12, 1987 to May 1, but was subsequently pursued in a circular letter from the Department of Finance from 1 12 1988. Was allowed to move under which the appellant challenged before the Labor Court. But his complaint was not accepted. The order of transfer from 1 12 1987 to 9 1988 was passed and it could not be the case of the employer that the order originally passed was not implemented till 7 198 1989 when the order to amend the original order went forward. Was approved. It was not stated that the Circular of the Finance Department was to accept the earlier effect, the transfer order passed by the authorized authority on 1 1988, transferred the appellant from 1 12 1987 and so on. There was no option to edit this order. After the appellant was prosecuted, he was allowed to transfer the date he was originally granted, ie 1 12 1987
