West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 Section 13B [as amended by Pakistan Arms (Amendment) Ordinance (XVI of 1988]) Suppressing Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Schedule [As Terrorism Activities Has been amended by pressing (Special Courts) (Amendment) Ordinance (XVII of 1988)] Special charge for maintaining a licensed staining ordinance (XVII of 1988) without retaining the exclusive court's licensed staining jurisdiction. The court was sentenced by which the relevant Act / Schedule 1975 was amended, according to which the special court was capable of holding Stunnigan. The trial ended shortly before the date of the alleged recovery from the accused; on the date of the alleged recovery, no proceedings were pending under the Arms Ordinance on the charge of possessing a license without permission.
