Article 302/307/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art 185 (3) The trial court accepted and convicted the perpetrators and subpoenaed evidence. The High Court accepted the appeal filed by the accused, their conviction was dismissed and their charges dismissed. The complainant submitted that the High Court excluded the motion and motive evidence on the basis of which the accused was convicted and sentenced, to appeal the petition filed by the complainant on unsubstantiated grounds.
