Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 7 (2) (b) requires the registration of a Registry Certificate to the Third Trade Union where two trade unions have been registered in an establishment; Proper investigation to find out if its members were not less than a fifth of the total number of employees employed by the Establishment Registrar, however, the Third Trade Union failed to conduct such investigations before registering the trade union. Failed to meet 7's requirements. (A) (b) The Industrial Relations Ordinance, the referendum, will be held in violation of the law on the occasion, despite the fact that the trade union has subsequently deemed it necessary to give its workers registration certificates. The relevant (third) trade union held that the proposed referendum was considered without a legal solution ????? In the event of no legal effect, the registrar was given remand to the trade unions so that the relevant trade for pre-registration by law. The union's request should be considered.
