Prisons Act 1894 Section 59 Rules of Supervision and Management of Prisons in Pakistan, RR 242, 243, 244 and 245 Constitutional Regulations (XLV of 1860), Sections 302/149, 307/149 and 148 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 By a brief order requesting the cancellation of order B \ class by the provincial government, no permission was given by the respondent to satisfy himself whether the offenders were guilty of `B. He was not eligible for a class grant, nor was he recommended by the superintendent prison in this regard. Respondent, held, could not summarily summon the B / Class to the offenders in violation of the rules. Such an order was declared illegal and accordingly it was set aside.
