Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Service Government Residential Allotment of such accommodation despite transfer to another department While the Petitioner was acting as Superintendent, Railway Police were allotted bungalows thereafter. The applicant was transferred to Sindh Police but was allotted to Bangla. The applicant was of the view that Sindh police had not provided him with any accommodation, so he was entitled to retain possession of the bungalow, and the Railway Department stated that the Bangla property was for residential purposes of the Bangla employees. The Railway Department's bungalow was allotted to the applicant while he was appointed as the Superintendent Railway Police Petitioner. The Railway was not an employee of the Railway Department. The railway department's full justification for not accepting the fares sent by the applicant without any policy was rejected. The constitutional application was dismissed.
