Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 38 (5) The Law of the Supreme Court (XII of 1926), Section 3 Court-related employees were removed from employment 3/9 years ago, they have joined their employer in various forums. Had litigation against the dismissal. Employees in their application addressed the Prime Minister and any other political leader only to complain about the delay in settling their case because the Labor Court's presiding officer was on leave. Was not to be insulted in court. The delay in getting relief was expressed by disappointment and frustration, if the employees had made any objectionable comments against the employer's management, such remarks, if any, under the contempt of court Act, 1926. Will not demand any action, but can cause it. Demand for action by the administration to seek relief in the authorized forum as the situation was discharged
