Section (()) and (a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 10 (5), should be deeply communicated to detainees who will also be provided with the earliest opportunity to represent them against the detention order. ? Representatives work with it, must have the right to make decisions according to the law without delay and in such a timely manner as per the provisions of the Government Ordinance and the failure of the Government Constitution.
