Sections 5 to 10, 22, 22 A & 22 EE Registered Trade Unions as Collective Bargaining Agent (C BA) Petitioner's Union, which is a permanent bargaining agent for the last 8 years in the Establishment of Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA). ). The CBA was last elected in a referendum in 1990 for a two-year term, with some of the defeated respondents' union officials setting up an industry-based trade union and nonetheless registered with the Registrar of Industry Trade Unions. They weren't eligible, though. The registered union did not have the required number of members, and it was also called a more collective bargaining agent than the head of the applicant union, who had already contested the referendum petitioner. The union was challenged in a CBA, certificate. Defendant's union, which had disposed of the consent order under which the CBA certificate of the respondent was declared, filed a constitutional petition, rejecting the parties' decision by a majority decision. After hearing the A certificate validating the registration, it was decided to send the case to the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), while the applicant's union registration and the CBA certificate were declared. The invalid applicant union challenged the majority opinion of the High Court of the NIRC and prayed for the declaration that its CBA certificate was retained and that the registration under the Industry Ward Trade Unions under section 22 of the ordinance Register effective IRC options as well
