Section 6 West Pakistan Shops and Establishment Ordinance (VIII of 1969), Sections 11, 12, 13, 21, 23, 30 and 32 Recovery of Expenditure of Expenses / Cost of Living (Relief) Act 1973 so as may be necessary With the amendments, the following will apply for the purpose of recovering the cost of the allowance used at the end of clause (a) of Section 6 of the Employees' Life \ Cost (Relief) Act, 1973. , Clarify that the provisions contained in Sections 11, 12, 13, 21, 23, 30 and 32 of the West Pakistan Shops and Establishment Ordinance, 1969, are to be applied for the purpose of collecting residential allowance expenses. The necessary amendments to the provisions of the Employees' Cost of Living (Relief) Act 1973 cannot be interpreted in such a way as to bring forth a conclusion so clearly contrary to the object of the legislation. The words and their provisions used in clause (a) of section 6A above are required to be considered in a more limited sense in the FMPLAS \ Cost of Relief (Relief) Act, 1973 and in the context in which Sub-section (2) of section 12 of the West Pakistan Shops and Establishment Ordinance, 1969.
