Section 30 (1) (a) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional application was approved by the Commissioner, Worker's Compensation against the former order employer and in execution, the employer received auction notice which obtained certified copies. To do this, the employer approached the commissioner about the aforesaid action and a petition was also filed to withdraw the previous order and suspend the process. The employer's request was neither entertained nor any order to dismiss such a request was made by the Commissioner's employer before the Tribunal, which was partially accepted to the extent that the employer took action. Was in his favor to obtain certified copies and was also entitled to file the said applications, but was subject to the submission of the data, as per the provisions of Section 30 (1), the employee's confession was required. (A), the third provision of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, was not fulfilled before the filing of the data related to the filing of an appeal before the Tribunal Validity was the only condition of section 30 of the Workers' Compensation Act 1923 30 (1) (A), in relation to an order which provided that it would not be appealed by the employer. There will be a lie when the notice of appeal, along with the commissioner's certificate, has the effect that the employer deposited the payment amount under the order under which the appeal was respected. ()) At the time of filing an appeal to section 30 (1) of section 30 of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923, the tribunal did not object to the fulfillment of this condition.
