Through the Registered Post; and the process of publication was never sent to the Defendants through the Registered Post; thus, the R8, Banking Companies (Debt Recovery) Rules, 1980 were not fully complied with. As a result, the previous injunction against the defendant could not be approved. Thus, the order of dismissal of the former party decree was rightly rejected because of the non-compliance of the provisions of Court 8R. Such order could not be questioned, in review.
