Section 302 Anti Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 6 QTL EMD Act of Terrorism Proof Triple Murder Complainant appealed before the trial court to transfer the case to the Anti-Terrorism Court, which was presented through a complaint. It was because of the murder of three people. Terrorism justified among the people of the area. The FIR shows that the murder case was the result of a previous rivalry between the parties; the death of three persons was not brought under section 6 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 while the question of jurisdiction was decided. In doing so, it was necessary to examine it. The components of the alleged incident and whether there was any nexus with the object of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, to determine whether a particular act was an act of terrorism, its background, purpose design. Or the motive had to be seen if the accused was merely a result of previous hostility or personal retaliation, he would not attract the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 under which the offense was committed. Not covered under Section 6 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, the High Court refused to interfere with the trial court's order as it did not face any illegal action.
