After the death of the father of Mohammedan Law inheritance law Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) respondent, it was approved to change the inheritance in favor of his widow and two daughters; on the death of the widow, his two daughters. At the request of the Board of Revenue to review the request made before the failure, however, the Board of Revenue directed that the change of motion be taken into consideration as soon as the allotment was maintained. The order approved in the Off-Revenue Review was declared without legal authority and allowed to appeal to the Board of Revenue, dismissing the applicants without any legal effect / reopening the matter on a merit review review. There was no jurisdiction or justification to prosecute the respondents in litigation due to illness. Dragging courts could not be used to give rise to unhealthy sentiment, as the applicants received their share of the entire land owned by the deceased landlord. Holiday refused
