The objections to ordering arbitration proceedings referring to the arbitrator under the agreement between the parties under sections 14, 17, 18 and 30 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, were not challenged by the plaintiff / appellant, but he nominated his arbitrator. And as a result the appellant participated in the entire arbitration proceeding and thereby apologized. His right to raise any objection to this and such objection was excluded
