MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE versus RESHMAN BIBI
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 (3) gifted the applicants claiming that the property belonging to the respondents was given to them by the second respondent, who was apprehended by a daughter and donor agent for power of attorney. The power of attorney was allegedly investigated by the court after proper investigation. It was not valid and that the donor never intended to give the applicant a property gift. The High Court affirmed the appellate court's decision and the authenticity of the gift was a question of fact, which was disputed by the lower courts against the applicant. Had made the decision and they were not suffering. Such an outcome cannot be interfered with before a Supreme Court appeal is denied, weakly, or otherwise
