Land dispossession (Land Settlement) Act 1958 Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 85 (3) petitioners were allotted land after the approval of their certificate of entitlement, after which it was said that the respondents The land has already been allotted. Since 1963, and they have been in possession of such land since the name of the respondents was not canceled. Its allotment to the applicants was not possible and hence the applicants could be canceled - it was claimed that the respondents were not entitled to allot the said land as it was more than their entitlement. It was held that the question of constitutional jurisdiction should not be reopened in general, and the present case was not one where an exception could be presented which agrees with the High Court's view, requesting leave for appeal.
