The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) exempts applicants from claiming that their land cannot be acquired because they were the owners of this land because of the direct operation of the Settlement Scheme No.7. It was rejected by the courts below. It was assumed that the applicants, as has been argued, were the owners of the said scheme, it is doubtful whether the civil suit was permissible or the land could be considered exempt from the acquisition so the applicants' claims. Was properly rejected by the courts below and so was the case. Not eligible for appeal for holiday grant
