Article 20 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) revises jurisdiction with the issuance of PTD in relation to a vacant property, as such, it will be out of the pool of compensation, thus becoming a self-amended jurisdiction. Will not be subject to authorization. Under the jurisdiction of the Settlement Commissioner or the Chief Settlement Commissioner, the cancellation of PTD by the CTML Commission was properly decided by the High Court, no interference was sought.
