ANJUMAN MINT MULAZMEEN versus REGISTRAR, TRADE UNIONS
Articles 1 (3) (b), 7 and 8 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969, Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Employed in the constitutional jurisdiction of the Pakistan Mint Registration Trade Union, by applicants for registration of their trade union. In exercising constitutional jurisdiction, the Pakistan Mint High Court refused to obtain the record as to whether employees of Pakistan Minute were subjected to Section 1 (3) (b) of the Ordinance based on the material on record.
