ASIA BANO versus RENT CONTROLLER, GUJRANWAIA
West Pakistan Citizens Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 Section 13 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Section 12 (2) Under section 12 (2) of the agreement, the tenant is allegedly expelled for restitution. The plea that the hirer's rent controller was implemented because it was not a judicial provision of the Code of Conduct 1908 did not apply to him. The provisions of section 12 (2) were not merely a natural act, but an important right. Based on the treatment provided by Section 12 (2), the person canceling the court's decision was equivalent to reviewing the CPC, although the review on various grounds was not merely a matter of procedure. Cannot be granted the right but must be rented exclusively. Although the controller is not a court, if it chooses to adhere to the Code of Conduct, 1908, the applicable provisions, such as the appeal, review or provision of section 12 (2) before it, cannot be applied.
