The provisions contained in Section 12A of the Standing Order, 1969, shall have the effect of amending the provisions of section 25A of the Ordinance, to the extent that such action shall include the individual as a complaint. Which can be resolved under this Act, by reference and any such action which may be followed or resorted to, is always within the scope of its implementation under which Such reference was made to section 1 (3) (Ordinance 0, 1969) in which the defendant's employer was specifically excluded from the application.
